About US
Established in 2020 by CJ Blaha, Elite Setter is dedicated to igniting passion in young athletes and instilling the belief that they can achieve more in life. Our primary focus is on mastering the art of setting, building a reputation across Southwest Michigan and extending into neighboring states. We serve as a premier resource for setters striving to reach their highest potential in volleyball.
Our philosophy centers on laying a strong foundation, one brick at a time. Through supportive community engagement and rigorous technical training, we empower athletes to improve continuously throughout their careers. We understand that elite setting demands dedication to handwork, footwork, and mental training, qualities our coaches are committed to developing in every athlete who walks through our doors.
At Elite Setter, we are dedicated to nurturing well-rounded individuals. We provide athletes with insights gleaned from observing the best in the country play, continually evolving our coaching methods to enhance performance.
Our long-term goal is to become a trusted resource for clubs and players in our region for years to come. With over 40 setters progressing to college in the past five years alone, we consistently push boundaries and strive to support setters with big dreams throughout their journey.
